She actually said once she knew what he was asking her, she told God (in her head) to tell her what to do. How does God survive in a vacuum? What a media whore. She knew EXACTLY what her answer was going to do and she used the Miss USA pageant to get her name out in the press. She played us all.

Miss North Carolina just flat out rocked. But whenever the neo-cons lose something they always cry foul and cannot beleive that they were not the best. 

And the fact Prejean is Pro-Choice is just icing on the cake.

So HB and I are going to take our first vacation in a very long time. 

Neither of us have had a day off since at least November 1st, 2007. We have worked every day since then (yes we came into the shop on Christmas to do some work...) and quite frankly folks, I am pooped. 

So we figured that this would be the best time to take a break. Right before Spring Breaks start and then Summer kicks in. (And when that happens, what the fuck out!)

The shop is doing well - we have lots of customers that keep us busy.

So next week we are packing up the hybrid and heading down South to Gulf Shores, AL. 

We wanted somewhere beachy and warm. We rented a house RIGHT ON THE BEACH. You open up the back door and poof you are on the beach. 

Talk about kick ass. 

It cost us a small fortune, but dammit we deserve it. 

Hopefully, we will have time to relax and re-connect. 

When you run you own business (emphasis on run), there is little time for "connecting" if you know what I mean. 

So hopefully we will connect like crazy while we relax. 

I thought about taking the dogs with us for a hot second, but then thought no. They would run away and I would be sad. 

Their Grammy Ricki is coming to stay with them and I know she will give them all the love and attention that we give them. 

Other than that kids, life is pretty good. 

I was going to talk about how I went on this porn site and got freaked out  by this video of this guy getting fucked by not one but TWO guys at the same time, but I suppose I will save that for a later post. It is too late to be talking about double penetration. As I write this, it is like 3:30AM. (Damn insomnia!)

I was having a wicked daydream session just a moment ago when my mind wandered back to my youth. 

When my mom would dump my brother and I Ganny's for the weekend (presumably to go pickup Air Force guys at a nearby town) I would always pull my best Greta Garbo and retreat to my Granny's bedroom for the entire weekend.

She had this piece of shit itty bitty black and white television on her dresser that I would watch obsessively. 

It always turned out that whenever we would get dumped there, there was this old, campy movie that Channel 11 would play on a sunshiny Saturday afternoon.

I always remember the plot, but I could never remember the name of the flick. 

There was this cool group of kids and they were bored. Then a young kid that looked like Opie entered the picture with some type of crack cocaine that he cooked up in his bathtub. Well, the cool kids all ate it and then they would grow to be 30 feet tall.

I particularly enjoyed the scenes where the boys would grow huge - I was hoping that their clothes would rip off and I would get a glimpse of their giant peckers. (never happened - it was only the 70's).

Then they would go about terrorizing the town because you know they were giant teenagers with giant attitudes. 

Well as Google would have it I found a clip of the movie which I discovered was called Village of the Giants.

Just when I thought I was over the whole Prop 8 bullshit, I happened across a website that was talking shit about not letting gay people get married.

Then I got pissed again. 

I really, really, really hate - and I mean HATE - all the fuckers who voted for Prop 8 in California. 

And now they are all trying to backpedal and hide from their sins - but that's another topic for a later Jaggermeister induced time.

But I was getting my boxer briefs all in a wad over this ProtectMarriage.com site. 

I have ranted about them before and I don't feel I need to list the reason why the Flying Spaghetti Monster will send them to Linguini Hell. 

But now I found out that the California Family Council is the host of the website and now I have a new mission. 

To fuck with them like they are fucking with me. 

Is it childish? Yes. 

Is it beneath me? Yes.

Does it make me feel good to call them up at (916) 446-5131 and tell them how much they are the scum of the Earth? HELL YES.

I plan on calling them every day and making their lives hell just like they are making mine hell.

I really want them to wake up every day and feel like 2/3 of an American Citizen.

Damn, now I am all pissed off and I can't even be happy that the Arizona Cardinals SPANKED the Carolina Panthers and are headed to the NFC Championship game.

Good lord, I am surprised that my blog has not up and left me.

I have neglected it and not posted anything for so long. 

But now life has returned to somewhat normal, so I may be able to post again. 

I am more excited about Election Day than most "Christians" are about the supposed Second Coming. 

It is all I can think about - it consumes my every thought. 

Will we take our country in a new direction or will we keep on with the same old same old where the government  hurts the people instead of helping them?

My head is buzzing with thoughts of happiness. HB, Jenilicious, Ker Ker and I are all going to be glued to the set - with various alcoholic beverages in hand - watching the returns.

Oh and another thing - Just the other day I did something totally American and I am so fucking proud of it. I payed my business' third quarter taxes. I know it sounds stupid, but knowing that there are other businesses out there that neglect to pay their taxes it made me feel really proud. It was hard to write out the checks - that totaled in the thousands of dollars - but nonetheless it made me proud to be an American. 

So on that note kids - GET YOUR ASS OUT AND VOTE! If you don't bother to vote, then I don't have time to bother being your friend.
